This is a great quick healthy breakfast. Ingredients:
1 Cup non-dairy Milk (water works too)
1 Scoop of you favorite protein powder (i always choose chocolate since I am a chocoholic 😀)
1 banana - fresh or frozen
1/4 Cup Rolled Oats
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
handful of ice cubes (or no ice if you prefer it thin)
Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. You can swap out the fruit to any you like.
